On the 30th, the Supreme Court upholds the right of two newspapers, The New York Times and the Washington Post, to print a Pentagon study of the Vietnam war which had been classified as "Top Secret." The study, which had been dubbed by the media as "The Pentagon Papers" was leaked to the newspapers by Daniel Ellsberg.
