The  internal database lets you store client names and dates. Names and dates are entered by typing them one at a time or by importing  names and dates from your contact management  software. First it is required that you can export from your contact management program in ASCII comma delimited format.

Batch printing is easy. Printing a group of  client greetings begins with searching by date range.
