When using the desktop publisher, this lists your saved print templates. This may include templates as certificates (8.5 x 11 format) or card  templates (greeting card inserts). When you create a design with the built-in desktop publisher, you simply name the file to save it. The yellow  field indicates which file you have currently  selected from the menu.
