Problem: It is printing over the top of the greeting form headings

Solution: You have to pick the News print template following these steps:

1. Start News of the Past or CardWare like normal.

2. If you are running News of the Past, click the Print Templates button. If you are running Cardware,Click the certificate Template Button

3. When printing on greeting forms having pre-printed category headings, and lines dividing the categories, click on the News print template.

4. When printing on plain paper, click on any of the other print templates.
