With the software you can add names to the internal  database for batch printing and future use. To  recall saved information, the user performs a search. The results of a search appear in this list.

The  user selects the names for printing by simple  placing the mouse pointer on each name and double clicking the left mouse button. This action places an "X" next to the name or names chosen for printing.  Only names with an "X" mark print when the print  button is clicked. The user can also click the Mark All button to setup
