Problem: Headings are not printing.
Solution: You need to select a print template that includes headings. Follow these steps:
1. Start News of the Past or CardWare like normal.
2. If you are running News of the Past, click the Print Templates button. If you are running CardWare, click the Certificate Template button.
3. If you are printing on greeting forms that have pre-printed category headings, and lines dividing the categories, click on the News print template.
Note: The News print template is the only template that aligns the printed information to greeting forms that have lines and information headings pre-printed on the greeting form.
4. When printing on greeting forms that do not include pre-printed category headings, including plain paper, click on any print template except the News template.
